CJV-35 10264
I bought my V35 in Arizona in 1983. I was told it was former US
Forest Service Jeep. I was looking for a war Jeep and did not
know anything about the V35. After graduation from college I took
it back to Colorado where I am from. I drove it while there....
although not very much. Work took me to Ohio, so I stored it in
my parents barn in northwest Ohio. Last time I drove it was in
the mid 1990's. I checked (spring 2010) and the engine
turned freely. I plan on getting it running again later this
summer. The distributor, generator and starter are not the
original water tight ones, so I will need to look for those
items. If you have an extra, please let me know! I would
love to restore it to original colors but that will have to wait until
I get kids out of college.
